Buena mano joins Lamudi Property Fair 2023

by William Tuya

Lamudi, one of the leading online real estate platforms in the Philippines, conducted its first face-to-face and biggest property expo in the country since the pandemic.  Held last July 7 to 9, the Activity Center of Trinoma Mall in Quezon City served as the venue of the event. Entitled “Property Fair 2023”, the exposition allowed its more than 20 partner-presenters to leverage on approximately 2,000 foot traffic of the mall serving as its target audience.

BPI took the advantage by being one of the two major sponsors of the event. Alongside IKEA, BPI’s Housing Loans and its pre-owned properties sales arm, Buena Mano, kept up with other co-presenters in highlighting the Bank’s excellent products and services.  Major real estate developers including DMCI, Filinvest, RLC Residences, Aboitiz Land, Amaia, and Avida participated in the fair.

During the 3-day occasion, representatives from different sponsors discussed their respective promos and offers. BPI Housing Loans’ latest offerings were presented by VP Mark Launcel Panizales.

To make its audiences more engaged, Lamudi introduced a “travel passport activity” a game wherein clients were obliged to visit each booth, present their “passports” and have them signed by the booth’s representatives. Those with at least  eight signatures were given Lamudi goodie bags and those who have secured all the signatures had the chance of winning various prizes for each day.

On the opening day, Buena Mano was represented by the Marketing Officer, Mgr. William Tuya, together with Sales Officers, AM Marinelle Amiscaray and Mgr. Jaimie Bronola. On the second day, representatives were Alejandro Reyes, Jr. , Mgr. Charlie Santiago and AM Roxanne Chua. Meanwhile, Mgr. Agapito “Pete” Marasigan and Mgr. William Tuya manned the booth on the third day.

Various clients were provided with on-the-spot briefing of foreclosed properties, getting them acquainted with vital information about the viability of owning pre-owned real estate. Other clients were interested in repossessed vehicles. Some were not yet familiar with Buena Mano while some attended the Lamudi event to look for foreclosed properties, a perfect scenario for Buena Mano.

Lamudi is a global brand with presence in Latin America, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Within the span of six years, Lamudi was able to establish its position as a key real estate player in the country, attracting an average of 6.6 million monthly pageviews and 140,000 monthly leads.

Overall, the event has provided Buena Mano a total of 320 event registrants and additional 80 Viber Channel subscribers.
