IMPORTANT REMINDERS

- These are repossessed units and are being sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis

- The bank does not give any guarantees about the condition of these units

- Make sure to inspect the EXTERIOR / INTERIOR / MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL of the unit you are interested in

- Check with LTO if there are any outstanding alarms/notices about the unit

- Check with LTFRB if there are outstanding franchises or franchise application attached to the unit

- Check too with the PNP / HPG if there are carnap notices / bulletins on the unit and if its engine and body numbers match those of its records

REMEMBER:  IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS THAT APPEAR WITH ANY OF YOUR CHECKING, YOU AS THE BUYER, WILL HAVE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AT NO RECOURSE TO THE SELLER
