GUIDELINES for GMMA & LUZON  AUTO RETAIL SALE VIA SEALED BIDDING
on July  06, 2020 to July 21, 2020

  1. All units sold on an "AS IS-WHERE IS" Basis.
  2. Buyers should make an offer using the official Offer to Buy (OTB) form for all available cars listed regardless of where the car is physically located.
  3. It should be clearly indicated in the OTB where the car is specifically located (ex. BMABB Chino Roces, BMABB Lipa etc).
  4. Retail Sale sealed bidding will be held from July 06 – July 21, 2020
    • Bids will be accepted starting July 06, 2020 from 9:00am until July 21,  2020 at  9:00am.
    • No bid below asking price.
    • Buyers should make a bid using the official Offer to Buy (OTB) form. All bid offers should be sealed in an envelope and should be dropped to our official bid box located either in SAMS Main Office at G/F BPI Buendia Center, #360 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City Desk or at our Buena Mano Auto BestBuys Provincial Business Centers.
    • All bid offers should be “time-stamped” by SAMS Customer Care Desk personnel or the authorized SAMS personnel in our provincial offices to confirm the date and time of receipt before bidder places it into the sealed drop box.
    • Opening of bids is on July 21, 2020 starting at 10:00am. Declaration of winners is on the same day.
    • Highest bidder wins. If highest bidder does not push thru, sale will be awarded to 2nd highest bidder, and so on (until the last valid bidder).
    • Winning bidders, and their spouses, will be asked to provide the following documents prior to payment (no requirements means no payment).
      • EMPLOYED (submit any two)
        • Certificate of Employment
        • Payslip
        • BIR Form 2316
      • SELF-EMPLOYED
        • DTI Certificate of Registration
        • Mayor's Permit
        • BIR Form 1701
      • RETIREE
        • Bank Certificate
        • Pension Documents ( SSS / GSIS )
      • CORPORATION
        • See list at the back of Buyer's Information Sheet
    • Buyers who back out from their winning bids will be blacklisted
    • No discount will be given during this period
    • In case of a tie, a rebidding will be held.

GUIDELINES for VISAYAS AUTO SALE ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
July 06, 2020 to July 20, 2020

  1. All units sold on an "AS IS-WHERE IS" basis.
  2. Buyers should make an offer using the official Offer to Buy (OTB) form for all available cars listed regardless of where the car/unit is physically located.  Only OTB will be the required document for submission.  All other documents will be requested by Sales Officer during the processing of the sales, following existing Buena Mano and Bank policies.
  3. It should be clearly indicated in the OTB where the car is specifically located (ex. BMABB Chino Roces, BMABB Lipa etc).
  4. OTBs will be accepted on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED” basis where offered price is at least equal to the asking price. No offer below Buena Mano’s asking price.
    • All completely and correctly signed OTBs shall be sent directly to Buena Mano by:
      • Emailing a scanned copy of OTB to Buena Mano official email address buenamano@bpi.com.ph (File should not exceed the file size limit up to 2MB). Only emails sent to this mailbox will be accepted; OR
      • Submission of hard copy to Buena Mano Customer Care Desk at G/F BPI Buendia Center, #360 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City or at our Provincial Buena Mano Auto BestBuys Provincial offices. All OTBs should be “time-stamped” by SAMS designated Customer Care Desk/ provincial personnel to confirm the date and time of receipt.
    • Offers will be accepted following the cut-off time:
      • For walk-in clients, from  9:00am up to 3:00pm daily starting from July 06, 2020 up to July 20, 2020.
      • For emails, starting exactly from  9:00:00 am of July 06, 2020 until the end of this selling cycle exactly at 3:00:00 PM of July 20, 2020.
        • All OTBs received via email in between these times, including weekends and holidays, will be accepted and are part of the first-come, first-served sale.
        • The time registered in the buenamano@bpi.com.ph email will be considered as the official time and date of receipt of the OTB.
        • Head-Office Customer Care (HO CCD) will validate the OTBs and will render disposition whether the OTB was completely and correctly filled out. All those with deficiencies will be returned back to the sender. Note that the official date and time of receipt of the OTB will be the date and time we receive via official email the revised/completed form.
  5. Should there be offers received at exactly the same time using HH:MM format; and provided that they are already the ones being processed on the first-come, first-serve queue, there will be bidding between the tied buyers to be set on the prescribed date. To break the tie,  buyers may do either of the following options:
    • Submit a sealed physical OTB to Buena Mano offices at exactly 1pm on the prescribed date; or
    • Send via email to buenamano@bpi.com.ph a password-protected OTB until 1pm on the prescribed date. The body of the email should contain their contact numbers. Buena Mano will call them  for the password during the opening of their password-protected bids. If at for any reason the password was compromised, their bid will be invalidated.
    • Highest bid wins

          If they failed to do either of the above options, their chance to purchase the unit will be cancelled by default.

        6.  Confirmed buyers, and their spouses, will be asked to provide the following documents prior to payment (no requirements means no payment):

  • EMPLOYED (submit any two)
    • Certificate of Employment
    • Payslip
    • BIR Form 2316
